All Sales Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for items that were correctly ordered and delivered as described.

By placing an order with Byeh Auto, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for confirming product compatibility and order accuracy prior to purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a review, please contact us at byehauto@gmail.com and include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

  • A screenshot or copy of your order confirmation

Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.

Byeh Auto reserves the right to inspect all claims and determine eligibility for replacement or resolution.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • If an item is confirmed to be defective or shipped in error, return shipping may be covered at our discretion

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If a replacement item is approved, it will be processed as a reshipment where applicable.

  13. Body parts including bumpers, fenders, and bonnets
